Questions brands usually ask.

How and when do I actually get paid?

Weekly, net of commission, for every order successfully delivered in that cycle — not once a month. You'll get an itemized settlement statement, not just a lump sum.

Is there any onboarding or listing fee?

No. Joining House of Livora costs nothing upfront — no onboarding fee, no listing fee, ever.

What's your commission, and is it negotiable?

Commission is worked out individually with each brand based on category, volume, and operating model — we don't publish a flat number because it genuinely isn't one-size-fits-all. We'll walk you through it openly once we talk.

Do I have to sell exclusively on House of Livora?

Not at all. Every partnership is non-exclusive — keep selling on your own site, other marketplaces, and offline, without restriction.

Who handles fulfillment, shipping, and returns?

You ship directly to the customer, using your own packaging. Return handling is agreed individually during onboarding and set out clearly in your partnership agreement, so there's no ambiguity once you're live.

Can I control my own pricing and discounts?

Yes — you set your MRP. We will never run a discount or sale on your products without asking you first.

Is there a minimum catalog size or order volume?

No fixed minimum. We care more about fit, quality, and craft than catalog size — small, focused collections are welcome.

How long does onboarding take once I apply?

We reply personally within 2–3 days of your application. From there it's usually a short call to align on fit and terms, a signed agreement, and then your catalog goes live.
